For normal gifts, hosts receive 70% of the gift value in beans. For lucky gifts, hosts receive only 2% of the gift value. Your agent earns up to 20% commission — but this is paid by the platform separately and does NOT reduce your 70% share. The remaining percentage goes to platform fees.

Slightly. For video call gifts, the split is the same: 70% to host, up to 20% to agent. However, per-minute call income has a different agent rate: 70% to host, 15% to agent (not 20%). Private room per-minute pricing also pays 70% to host with 15% to agent. One-time entry fee private rooms pay 50% to host with no agent commission.

Game tips are earned when users play in-room casino-style games during your live session. The formula is: (Winning Amount − Bet Amount) × 1% = your tip. Example: if a user bets 100,000 coins and wins 600,000 coins, the profit is 500,000 coins, and your tip is 5,000 coins. Tips can only be claimed once they exceed the 1,000-coin threshold.

The 600-bean no-target level (H1 during the new host protection period) only lasts 30 days after the new host task ends. After that, it permanently drops to 300 beans per hour as the base rate for H1. During the new host program (days 1–60), new host task rates apply instead and are higher (1,000 then 600 beans/hour).

Commission rates are tiered by 30-day total host beans: Level D (0–1M beans) = 4%, Level C (1M–5M) = 8%, Level B (5M–50M) = 12%, Level A (50M–150M) = 16%, Level S (150M+) = 20%. New agencies get 12% guaranteed for the first 30 days regardless of bean count.

A minimum of 3 active hosts is required to qualify for and receive agent commission payments. If the active host count drops below 3, the agency may be dismissed after a 14-day grace period. "Active" generally means hosts who are actually streaming and earning on the platform — not just registered.

Sub-agent commission = (Your commission rate − Sub-agent's commission rate) × Total gift income of the sub-agent's hosts. For example, if you're at 20% and your sub-agent is at 12%, you earn 8% on their hosts' income. Your own commission is unaffected by your parent agency's rate. When both you and your sub-agent reach 20%, you earn 1% lifetime on their hosts' income — forever.

Agent commission applies to: normal room gifts (up to 20%), video call gifts (up to 20%), video call per-minute income (15%), private room gifts (up to 20%), and private room per-minute income (15%). Agent commission does NOT apply to: one-time entry fee private rooms (host gets 50%, no agent cut), platform ranking rewards, task bonuses, or game tips.

An effective gamer is a user who bets at least 100,000 coins on any game in any room during the valid period. For Idol Level H (first week) and Queen Level G (first cycle), you need 3 and 10 effective gamers respectively in your room. From Level F and above (Idol) or Level E and above (Queen), there is no gamer requirement — only income targets and stream time matter.

King Star and Idol Star salaries are credited on Tuesday (for the previous Monday–Sunday week). Queen Star salary is credited 48 hours after the 20-day cycle is completed. All salaries are paid in beans. Make sure your account is in good standing and you haven't violated any platform rules (5 violations in a week will cancel the program tag).

No. Video live time for these programs counts only from 10:30 to 22:30 UTC. Streaming outside this window will not count toward your valid daily hours or income targets. Plan your streaming schedule accordingly. Daily reset times vary by region — India resets at 5:30 AM IST, Pakistan at 5:00 AM PKT, Philippines at 8:00 AM PHT, etc.

An idle room with no co-host, no active game round, and no gift received will automatically close after 15 minutes. This means time in an idle room does not count toward your effective streaming hours. Keep your room active by inviting co-hosts, running games, or engaging your audience to maintain effective time counting and prevent auto-closure.

Start with Level G or H as they require zero or minimal income targets. Once you've established a consistent streaming schedule and audience, move up to higher levels with income targets. Your agent can guide you based on your current earning rate and audience growth. Remember: only gift income from your video live room counts toward program targets — hourly rewards, rankings, and other sources don't count.
